How can I exchange a day with the Parent app?

By using the ´Exchange day´ option you can exchange a day. The day you want to exchange will only be noted as ´Cancelled´ when your application for the exchange day has been accepted.

Important information:

• You can apply for an exchange day up to 1 day in advance. You cannot apply for an exchange day on the same day.
• You must use the exchange day within 30 days of the original care day.
• If you have planned an exchange day and you do not want it any more, please call the location.
